Our customer service centre is open from 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.45pm on Friday, and you may ring on 01753 777402 to report any emergencies during this time.
If you have an emergency after these times please ring 0800 783 8937 for the emergency repairs service. (Calls from this number are free for landlines and charged at standard rate from mobiles).
