Paying Your Rent
Paying your rent is very important to us as your rent pays for the services we provide to you. There are several payment options available:
- Online payment via Paypoint.net (quick and easy via a secure server)
- Direct Debit
- Housing Benefit
- Standing Order
- Debit/Credit Card
- Swipe cards - Paypoints, Payzones and at the Post Office
- Bank Giro Credit
- In person at Parkside House
Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Windsor Housing Association, with your name and address printed on the back of the cheque. Please allow 3 working days for the payment to reach us. Please do not send cash through the post.Contact Customer Services about any of these methods of payment.
Information required for Internet Banking
Step 1
When using your online bank account, please use your tenancy reference number without any spaces as your payer reference.
Our Customer Service Centre (Tel. 01753 777402) will let you know your tenancy reference number if you do not have it handy.
Step 2
Next enter the following details for our paying-in account:

Step 3
Then enter the amount you want to pay.
