About Us

Welcome to the Windsor Housing website.

Windsor Housing is a Housing Association that owns and manages more than 4,000 homes across the South East including:

A large stock of general-needs housing
Around 500 leasehold properties
A number of supported housing schemes for the elderly

We also provide adaptations and other support for adults with individual needs. Our staff work closely with the communities in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Surrey, and public and private sector organisations, to provide homes and neighbourhoods that people enjoy living in.

Windsor Housing is a member of the Radian Group, which includes three other housing associations and Turnstone Support. Our staff provide local housing management and leasehold services for Windsor's tenants and leaseholders with repairs and technical services being provided by the Radian Group.
